Tried to place us in a smoking room for our 3 nights. Said hotel sold out on Saturday. Big lie.

It has slipped in the last 16 months. Have stayed regularly for years. Although the breakfast has expanded, the rooms are quite worn and you smell smoke even in the non-smoking rooms. Plus, the manager was rude and I knew he was lying about the sold out on Saturday night business. ...read more

The fridge and microwave in the room.

It was a non smoking room that had a terrible stink of smoke that would not go away.

Non smoking rooms should be such. If a hotel does not penalize the people that smoke in the rooms, that is their loss but they need to change the air filters in the air conditioning system and the linens to ensure it is not disgusting for those expecting a non-smoking room. The hotel was well appointed and traveler friendly. They had cookies or apples and coffee available all day. The rooms were clean and had amenities not normally found in a 2 star

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly/great location, right on 120.

The breakfast could have been extended until 10am and the exits out of the hotel itself are not convenient.

We had a great stay. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Hallways are a little dark and long but otherwise it's great!
